Features

The HY series automatic (flat & gusset) food paper bag making machine is suitable for Kraft and coated paper to produce flat (V shape) bottom bags with or without gusset.

It uses roll-paper as unwinding and input material. In one, uninterrupted work-flow it handles pre-perforating, side gluing, folding, tube forming, cutting, bottom gluing, bottom folding to finally output of finished bags.

The "inline flexo printing" option allows the machine print paper and produce bags at the same time. This option is Modular design, available for 1 - 6 colors. Doctor blade chamber device ensure high quality printing.

Applications

This is an ideal machine for producing food paper bags such as bread bag, French fries bag, candy bag etc. This kind of bags are also widely used at Pharmacy and grocery store for medicines and small goods packing.
